Join the HOA! It's the best $20 you'll spend all year!
Members get all sorts of benefits for their paid memberships. To name just a few, a free pancake breakfast once a month, free coffee in the clubhouse (that's not worth $20 by itself?), discounts for many HOA sponsored events...these alone are worth more than the cost of joining. On top of that, your dues will help the HOA to be able to do so much more for the community. We're committed to doing our best to help all residents and to help bring our community together. Joining is easy! Just come to the HOA office in the Clubhouse on Tues, Wed or Thurs between 10 am and 12 noon and we'd be happy to help you! You can also reach out to a HOA board member and they'd be happy to help!
Membership also gets you the ability to speak up at the monthly HOA meeting during the 'good of the order' segment. We want to hear from you!
